A rare, very pretty closed-mouth Kestner, in very rare 9 ½” size, has a perfect bisque head incised “C made in 3 // Germany”, with “40” on the front crown-rim. Her tiny original straight-wrist ball-jointed body has separate hip-balls and totally original paint & finish.
Big chocolatge brown glass sleep eyes are surrounded by finely painted lashes under feathered brows, and she has plump rosy cheeks, slightly dimpled chin and kissable closed mouth. The light-brunette human hair wig is old covering her original plaster pate. Jointed at neck, shoulders, elbows, knees and hips, she has straight wrists, a low rounded hiney, and is very pose-able and charming !!!
