Up for auction is this antique signed Louis Vuitton Steamer Trunk. It measures 39 inches across by 21.5 inches deep by 22.5 inches tall.
Has all the usual signed hardware; lock, clasps, tacks, leather edging, etc.
Monogramed "GHR 1" on either side. In average to good condition for a 100 year old trunk that came out of an Indiana basement. Lock #013235. Trunk serial number is #175289
Condition: One torn leather handle; the other is gone
One tack missing from the lid
Left side hasp missing
No interior trays
Slight musty odor when the trunk is opened.
No key.
