A charming bronze ball clock holder depicting an anthropomorphic Kingfisher dressed as a game keeper with flat cap, waistcoat and a basket by his feet, the bird holds a long staff in his hand with a hook at the end which holds a working wind ball clock. This fabulous bronze is stamped Depose on the base and is beautifully detailed; it stands 14cm tall and weighs 799g.
