Antique Victorian 15K yellow gold carved shell cameo brooch / pendant. Wonderfully crafted and skillfully designed this brooch / pendant is made from 15K yellow gold and features a hand carved oval shell cameo of a woman wearing a beaded necklace and floral headdress. The details are amazing. The brooch / pendant is further embellished with a rope design border. On the back is a tube hinge with “C” catch and a top loop for a bail to be installed if worn as a pendant. On the back is also the “15CT” mark. The brooch / pendant measures approximately 7/8” x 3/4". Its weight is 3.7 grams. This brooch / pendant is in excellent antique condition with a stunning look that would make an outstanding addition to your fine cameo jewelry collection
