This is a rare pocket multi-tool from Preist, a maker of unusual specialist multi-tool implements, most famous for their similar pocket set designed for Fishermen. They operated from 516 Oxford Street, London in the latter half of the 19th century. This is a rare example of their pocket tool for wine waiters and butlers having a fine corkscrew with a fluted worm, a wire cutter for opening champagne bottles and a foil cutting blade
