vintage K&E Wye level. the serial number on this is 21337. I believe that dates it at around 1911. It is marked Keuffel & Esser New York. The inside of the case has a hoboken address. It comes with a plumb bob and the triangular adapter plate. The case is nice with a brass nameplate. the leather strap is broken but the brass buckle is still there. I am not an expert on this item all the knobs and adjustments seem to move freely. The optics are very powerful
