Vintage early 1900's H.Kohlbusch boxed pocket travel assay gold gem scale.
3" x " Hardwood folding box scale, balance beam with pans, and weights as pictured.
5 Brass karet weights fitted in base, 5 flat metal fractional weights stored in pocket under ivory lid. Balance beam with pans fits into vernier on lid to set up scale. Scale is not signed with company name or actual date of manufacture, #17stamped on center of beam.
