ANTIQUE ANIMATED MONK STRIKE HIGHLY BRASS DECORATED CARVED MANTLE CLOCK
Here we are offering a nice 3 finial fully painted floral glass panel mantle clock. This item is made around 1900. Its dimension is 27"H x 12-1/2"W. This clock has an 8 day movement with half hour and hour striking. The pendulum is swinging behind a clear glass panel. While the clock strikes, the monk raises his hammer and hits on the brass bell. There is also a hammer inside the bell to create a loud and clear sound. Part of the top crest has been replaced and it's been finished beautifully. The clock is complete and currently in working order. Some adjustment may be required after delivery. The animation of this clock surely makes this clock a conversational piece.
